Men & Women

Two Biologies.
One Standard Of Care.

No two patients bring the same symptoms, history, or goals. We look at the full picture, including lab work when clinically appropriate, before recommending a plan guided by a licensed medical provider and built around you.

Symptoms alone do not establish a diagnosis. Evaluation depends on a complete history, physical examination, medication review, and clinically appropriate testing.

01 / 02

Different Biology. Same Standard Of Care.

01

Men

Many men in their 30s, 40s, and beyond notice changes that are easy to dismiss as normal aging—but that persist despite good sleep, regular exercise, and a reasonable diet. Low energy, declining strength, poor recovery, brain fog, and changes in body composition or sexual health are among the most common concerns brought to our clinic.

These symptoms can have multiple causes: hormonal shifts, metabolic changes, medication side effects, stress, or underlying medical conditions. Sorting them requires a careful clinical evaluation, not a checklist.

Common Areas Of Discussion

  • Energy and fatigue that rest does not fix
  • Strength, muscle loss, and recovery after exercise
  • Focus, memory, and mental clarity
  • Sleep quality and duration
  • Body composition and unexplained weight changes
  • Sexual health, libido, and erectile function

A hormone evaluation may be clinically appropriate when symptoms and history suggest a potential endocrine component. TRT is discussed only when lab-confirmed deficiency is present and treatment is deemed safe.

02

Women

Women experience hormonal shifts across multiple life stages—menstrual cycles, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause—that can affect energy, mood, sleep, weight, and overall well-being. But not every change is purely hormonal, and not every symptom requires treatment.

At Peptes Clinic, we evaluate women's health concerns with the same thorough, evidence-based approach. Your history, medications, lab work, and personal goals guide every recommendation—not a generic protocol.

Common Areas Of Discussion

  • Energy and persistent fatigue
  • Sleep disruption and insomnia
  • Mood changes, irritability, and brain fog
  • Recovery, strength, and body composition
  • Hormone changes related to perimenopause and menopause
  • Weight changes that resist diet and exercise

Hormone evaluation for women considers menstrual history, menopausal status, thyroid function, and adrenal markers. Bio-identical hormone therapy and other options may be discussed when clinically appropriate, but only after a complete evaluation.

Whether you are a man or a woman, your evaluation follows the same process: a private conversation, a thorough medical history review, clinically appropriate testing when indicated, and a clear explanation of your options—without pressure or preset protocols.
